크기 150 x 250, 두께 1mm 인 SUS 304 Plate를 가공물 덥개로 사용하고 있습니다. SUS 판 곳곳에 폭 3mm Slot이 형성되어 있으며, 이 Slot 틈세로 공구가 지나가면서 SUS 판 아래에 있는 가공물을 가공합니다.
그런데 한 동안 사용하고 나면 SUS 판이 배가 나온 것 처럼 변형이 발생하고 있습니다. 변협 원인및 대책을 알려 주십시요.

Basically the bulging may be caused by physical force (minority effect) on the slot during tool movement and/or temperature gradient (majority effect) due to thermal/friction on working.
1mm, 304SS is very deformable by thermal gradient on each part. (please check it/ please consider the bracing)
