혈관속을 흐르는 혈액을 해석할 때 혈액을 Pipe속을 흐르는 newtonian fluid로 해석하지 않고 non-newtonian fluid로 해석한다고 하는데 그 이유는 무엇입니까?

Fibrinogen is the reason for the non-Newtonian behavior of the blood at low shear rates; increase hematocrit or protein (albumin & globulin) concentrations would increase resistance (viscosity) but not causing non-Newtonian behavior; serum & plasma alone are Newtonian fluids
