진공 챔버를 제작하는데 알루미늄을 사용할려고 합니다.
용접성이나 강도, 챔버내부온도(300℃) 등을 고려했을때,
어떤 계열을 사용해야 좋을지 답변 부탁드립니다.
제가 생각하고 있는 알루미늄은 Al5052-O, Al5083-O, Al6061-T6 이렇게 3가지 인데..이 중 어떤 재질을 사용하면 좋겠습니까??
그리고, 이 외에 다른 알루미늄 재질이 있으면 그것 또한 알려주시면 고맙겠습니다.

The materials should be re-evaluated because the temperature limitation for pressure facility of three materials is maximum 400 deg.F (200 deg.C).
The general properties are below.
The weldability depends on the welding process.
The corrosion resistance depends on the service.
The strength depends on the heat treatment, thickness, and alloy type. (See ASTM)

고려사항으로
다년간의 경험으로 볼때
용접성을 고려하면 5000계열이 좋고
사용시 부식성 가스가 내부에 존재한다고 볼때는 6000계열이 좋습니다.
