JIS G5152 SCPL31재질의 열처리 방법에대해서 문의 드립니다.
-100℃ 충격시험에서 27J이상이 나와야하는 어려움이 있음니다.
소재는 기본적으로 퀜칭과 템퍼링을 완료하였지만 기계적성질이
인장 800N/mm²
항복 520N/mm²
연신 13%
단면수축율- 측정불가
저온충격값은 -100℃에서 12J 정도입니다.
JIS CODE를 만족할 만한 열처리 방법에대해 자문을 구하오니 조언 부탁드립니다.

1. Slightly higher tempering temperature may be applicable and/or
2. Double tempering may be applicable. The second tempering temperature shall be lower than the first tempering temperature; then air cool to ambient temperature.
I believe the low impact test absorbing energy is induced by high mechanical properties.
Normally the mechanical properties and impact test absorbing energy values after heat treatment have a balloon effect. That is, the increased mechanical properties produce the decreased impact absorbing energy and the increased impact absorbing energy produces the decreased mechanical properties.

Min. impact test absorbing energy (mean/ min. one) : 21J/17J at -100C
