폐사에서 316ti를 재료로 성형품을 만들려고 하는데 304나316은 많이 접해보았고 이번에 316ti를 처음 접합니다.
워낙 고가의 자재라 불량율을 줄이고자 성분 및 용접방법,기술에 대하 조사를 하고 있는데 쉽지가 않아 이렇게 자문을 구합니다.

The 316Ti (contained about 0.5%Ti as stabilized element) has a better resistance to temperatures of around 600-900°C than 316 SS and may also be used for heavy section welding to avoid intergrnular corrosion cracking at the weldment.
The recommended welding electrode for 316Ti SS is E(R) 316L or E(R) 318. But the later is more preferable. The welding procedure is almost same as 316L or 347 SS welding.
