오랜만에 글을 올립니다.
이종용접의 주의사항이란 기술문서를 번역하고 나서 그곳에 있는
Diagram 입니다.
Carbon Steel과 Filler Metal이 25% 희석되었을시 도표인데..
Ni과 Cr 당량을 어떻게 계산하여야 하는지요.
나름대로 계산을 해보려 하였으나 뜻대로 되지 않아 글을 올립니다.
계산 과정을 알려주셨으면 합니다.(도표 유첨)

The Shaeffler diagram can be used to determine the type of microstructure that can be expected when a filler metal and parent metal of differing compositions are mixed together in a weld.
The final (target) Ferrite Number can be controlled by welding electrode (original point) and welding process (dilution ratio).
