반도체장비를 제작 하는 회사에 다니고 있는사람입니다.

저의 제품중에 NEDOX 처리를 해야하는 제품이 있는데

NEDOX 처리가 어떤것인지 자료를 찾아 보아도 쉽게 알수가 없네요.

잘아시는 분이 있으시면 자료좀 부탁 드립니다.

NEDOX synergistic surface enhancement coatings from General Magnaplate Corp. are now available for application to aluminum. They are particularly suitable for the electronics industry where the elimination of static build-up can be coupled with previously unattainable levels of electrical conductivity. Originally developed for the enhancement of steel, copper and brass machinery and equipment parts, the NEDOX family of coatings offers a variety of formulations in which the specific characteristics required for a particular use are achieved.

Aluminum parts coated with NEDOX exhibit the hardness of steel without the weight. The NEDOX technology creates a surface that protects against abrasive wear, as well as corrosive attack by most chemicals, humidity and gases, for long-term performance. The dry-lubricated, non-stick surface also reduces friction of moving or sliding parts. NEDOX-coated aluminum parts are also ideal for cryogenic applications down to -250°F (-157°C).

With a thickness build-up as low as 0.0002", NEDOX coatings are preferred for many applications in the electronics industry. USDA/FDA and AgriCanada-compliant NEDOX-coated parts are frequently specified in food processing and packaging applications, since they are especially resistant to phosphate-free bleach used in wash-down solutions. Recommended applications range from computers and related equipment, communications, and electronic components to industrial equipment where substitution of light weight aluminum for steel, costly titanium or chrome, which can cause environmental problems, is desired.
