늘 좋은 답변 감사드립니다.
응력제거(SR)를 시행하는 조건을 알 수 있을까요?
ASME에 규정된 용접 후열처리 조건처럼 명시된 부분이 있는지요?
응력제거의 개념이 참 혼란스럽습니다.
가령 A240-321 VESSEL SHELL(8t)을 제작하려 합니다.
응력제거를 해야합니까??
디자인 조건은 압력이 75psig이며 온도가 275℃입니다.
응력제거 시행여부를 판단하는 기준 부탁드립니다..
열처리 부분은 자꾸 혼돈이 갑니다..^^;;

올리신 자료에 문제가 있는 듯 합니다..^^;
그렇다면 위의 조건에서는 SR이 필요 없다는 말씀인가요?
Client의 요구에 따라 시행여부가 결정된다는 말씀인듯 한테..
올리신 자료에 PWHT라고 명시되어 있는데 정확히 SR을 PWHT와
같다고 봐야하는 것인지요? 아님 PWHT와 다른 SR만의 규정이 존재
하는 것인지요?

We can consider two cases below.

1. Base Metal : Solution Heat Treatment (SR) is mandatory requirements in accordance with ASTM A480, Section 15.

2. Production Metal (After fabrication including welding) : Solution Heat Treatment (SR or PWHT) is not required unless otherwise noted in your client`s requisition. (See Attachment)
