The main reason is the higher relative humidity in colder condition which promotes the condensation of the extra water readily. And then the holding moisture in the hydrotested facility will be remarkably reduced.
As a result, the risk of MIC (Microbiological Induced Corrosion) or crevice corrosion can be greatly reduced.

공지사항
ASS 재질은 60도를 넘으면 Chloride에 의해 Stress Corrosion Cracking이 생기기 쉽기 때문에 이런 제한을 요구합니다.
또한 Pitting Corrosion에 대한 고민도 함께 요구되지요.
이 문제에 대해서는 다소 과민한 반응이라고 할 수 도 있겠으나, 조금만 과련 문헌을 찾아 보면 매우 많은 사례와 참고 자료들이 있습니다.
