배관 설계에 있어서 H2 및 CO, CO2 고압가스 배관의 권장유속은

얼마인지 궁금합니다.

참고로 배관의 재질은 STS304이고, 압력은 40 bar,
유량은 H2 = 25 kg/hr, CO = 300 kg/hr, CO2 = 100 kg/hr입니다.

답변 꼭 좀 부탁드립니다.

If it is vapor phase, the velocity may not be a big issue up to 250 fps when there are no solids present. In the multi or liquid phase, the most variable parameter in corrosion-erosion with velocity/wall shear stress will be oxygen contents. However when O2 is below 2-3 ppb, normally the corrosion rate is not changed.
Most simple calculation models of CO2 corrosion do not have the input data with velocity. So my recommendation is to apply only the erosion velocity and the recommended velocity per pipe size and phase in the process engineering guidance.
