sus304를 열처리 후 산세를 했더니 표면이 거칠게 일어났습니다.
탈탄이라고 하던데 그것이 정확한 것인지 왜 발생하는것인지 방지법은 무엇인지 알고 싶습니다.

어떤한 열처리를 왜 하셨는지는 모르겠으나, 아마도 탈탄은 아닐것으로 예상합니다.

그 보다는 열처리 과정에서 입계 예민화가 발생하고, 이것이 이후 산세 단계에서 부식이 되면서 표면이 거칠게 된 것으로 추정합니다.

보다 자세한 것은 실제 열처리 조건을 알려주시면 도움을 드릴 수 있겠습니다.

It may be come from the followings;

(i) over acid cleaning or
(ii) normal acid cleaning on inappropriate solution heat treatment or
(iii) over acid cleaning on inappropriate solution heat treatment
