A182에 Other Element에 N말고는 다른 원소가 규정되어 있지 않습니다. 그러므로 Nb와 V를 기입하면 안됩니다. 그럼에도 Product Analysis에 화학조성이 있고, Mill Sheet에도 있다면, 6항의 제품분석에 대한 것은 용탕의 히트분석과 실제품 분석이 차이가 있음을 규정하는 요건입니다. C 등 주요원소에 해당되는 것입니다. 주요원소의 오차는 +/- 0.03%(KS 규정) 정도입니다. 결론적으로 5항의 요건과 같이 미규정원소를 포함하면 안되며, 제품분석과 Mill Sheet에 있는 화학조성을 비교했을 때도 0.03%를 초과하므로, 사용이 불가하지 않을까 생각됩니다.
