경판 성형 후 열처리 조건에 대해서 질문이 있어 이렇게 도움을 요청 드립니다
2004년 코드 USC-79(아래 원문및 설해 참조)에는 F.E이 압연 상태에서 5%하고 치사성 물질이고 충격 시험, 두께가 16mm초과 할때 열처리를 요구하였습니다.
그런데 2007년 코드에서 약간 문장이 변경 되었습니다. 여기에서 질문이 있습니다.
1)Carbon and low alloy자재가 압연 상태(비열처리자재)에서 F.E: 5%이상되면 아래 (1),(2),(3)...에 관계없이 열처리를 요구 하는 것인지?
(만약 Yes이면 2007 edition에서 요구사항이 더 Severe함)
2)그럼 Nornalmazed자재는 F.E를 체크할 필요 없이 열처리 하지 않아도 되는 것인지?
3)2007년 코드, 변경된 문장에서 P-No. 1 Group Nos.1 and 2 자재만 F.E이 40% 이상이고 (1),(2),(3)...에 관계없이 열처리 요구 하는 것인지?
4)2007년 코드, 변경된 문장에서 P-No. 1 Group Nos.1 and 2 자재만 F.E이 5% ~ 39%이고 조건(1),(2),(3)...에 해당되면 열처리 요구하는 것인지?

(d) Vessel shell sections, heads, and other pressure boundary parts of carbon and low alloy steel plates fabricated by cold forming shall be heat treated subsequently when the resulting extreme fiber elongation is more than 5% from the as-rolled condition. For P-No. 1 Group Nos.1 and 2 material the extreme fiber elongation may be as great as 40% when none of the following condition exist;
(1)vessel will contain lethal substance
(2)material requires impact testing
(3)thickness of exceed 16mm
(4)(5).....

(d) 냉간 성형으로 제작된느 탄소강및 저합금 강판의 압력용기 동체 부분 경판 기타 압력경계 부품은 냉간 성형 결과로 최대연실율이 압연상태를 기준하여 5%를 초과하고 다음 조건중의 어느 하나라도 해당하는 경우에는 냉간 성형 이후에 열처리를 하여야 한다.
(1)압력 용기가 치사성물질 저장 할때
(2)재료가 충격 시험이 요구될 때
(3)두께가 16mm 초과 할때

추가 질문이 있습니다.
자재 구매가 as-rolled condition에서 5%가 초과시 열처리 요구하는데
그럼 왜 자재가 Normalized condition에서 5%도 초과시 열처리 요구하지 않는지 알고자 합니다.
(Normalized 자재는 Stress가 없는 것인지?)
