1.수고 많으십니다.
2.Carbon plate로 제작시, 기기가 lethal service 받으면 UW-2(a)에서 기기 PWHT를 요구 합니다.
3.그리고 carbon clad plate (SA516-65+316L SS or Alloy 825)제작시,기기가 lethal service 받으면 UCS-56 Note (2)(c)(5)에서 면제 된다고 되어 있습니다.
-Note (2)(c): for welded joints of all thicknesses if required by UW-2,
except postweld heat treatmet is not mandatory under the conditons specified below:

질문 1) 기기가 lethal service경우, carbon clad plate (SA516-65+316L SS or Alloy 825)로 제작하는 기기는
UCS-56 Note (2)(c)(5)에서 면제 되는 것이 정확한지?
질문2) 왜 ASME에서 carbon clad plate에서 lethal service 받는 기기가 PWHT를 면제 받는지?
(저의 생각으론 모재(carbon mother plate)에 직접적으로 유체(Lethal)가 접촉하지 않기 때문에
ASME에서는 PWHT를 면제된다고 언급한 것같음.)
