The Interface Lead will have the technical coordination role related to the development of a pipeline of floating (or fixed) offshore wind projects in Korea including oversight on key functions such developing thedesign basis, Management of Change, Interfaces and identifying and mitigating key technical risks.
In close relationship with other team leaders he/she will facilitate communication between various entities, contractors to ensure smooth and lean interfaces in all activities.
The Interface Lead is in charge of the following.
Design Basis Of The Development
Through various workshops, discussions with project leads, engineering manager, developers, gather, arbitrate, and organize the general Design Basis of the developments which shall be approved by the shareholders.

Corio Generation (42.5%), TotalEnergies Offshore Wind Korea (42.5%) and SK EcoPlant (15%) are developing five offshore wind farms in Republic of Korea (more than 2.5 GW) under the name of BadaEnergy with a joint development and technical team based in Seoul and Ulsan.
Based in Seoul, you will be involved from the early stage of development, embedded into a young, dynamic, and multinational team. As Interface Lead of the portfolio, you will have to coordinate between technical teams, development/permitting teams taking care of all technical risks of the portfolio. You will put in place the general design basis of the portfolio, and put in place and coordinate the Change management and the interface management.
Your added value will be on your strong technical and communication skills coordinating between engineering, permitting activities with the target to converge on common design basis.
