제가 담당하고 있는 Project Specificate 상에 아래와 같은 문구가 되어 있습니다.

" Materialcertificates shall be furnished for the following parts of alloy steel orspecial material construction.

The material certificates shall state theresults of chemical analysis andphysical tests, and heat treatment (if any) given to the materials."

문제는 PVDF, PTFE 재질인데 상기 Project Spec상의 문구에 의하면, 제 생각 및 저희 설계 담당자의 의견으로는

"alloy steel or special material construction" 에 해당하지 않으므로 material certiciate는 제출하지 않아도 된다 라고 생각하고 있습니다.(당연히 관련 재질의 성적서를 구할 수 있다면 발주처에 제공 하겠지만.. 구할 방법이 없습니다. )

하지만 발주처 담당자는 임의 해석이라며 PVC 재질도 special material construction에 해당 된다고 하는데.. 제 생각에는 special material construction라면 duplex 등과 같은 재질 등이라 생각합니다.

혹시, 여러분 들 중에 material 관련 code 중에 "special material construction" 라는 용어를 보신 적 있으시면 저에게 어떤 code book인지 알려 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
